They haven’t arrived yet?

After using these for a month I can say that they work very well. I wear them in the house, outside on walks and in busy conversation environments where these really shine. They do help me hear better and clearer.

Some things I wish they would do; add a balance feature as my hearing is worse in my right ear. Also, the magnetic attachments in the charging case require some fiddling to make sure the buds are in correctly. Finally the case could use a mark or something to identify the front of the lid. Sometimes I try to open the case from the back as the design doesn’t clearly identify where the front is. All these are very minor quibbles.

All in all I am very satisfied with these earbuds. I highly recommend them.

When I turn the sound level dial down from 12 to 3 or less I don't detect a difference. But I do seem to be hearing more sounds. However, even with the smallest adapters my ears are sore.

Used during a trip to attend a wedding which included extensive air travel, restaurants and the wedding reception. Worked well on the flights. The earbuds lasted throughout the 6 hour flights without the need to recharge. In relax mode, the engine noise was reduced while still being able to hear flight crew announcements. In stream mode, the earbuds easily paired with the aircraft entertainment system. Conversation mode was a mixed bag. In restaurants, the earbuds would pick up the conversation with the person I was talking to as well as conversations taking place next to me and at nearby tables. At the wedding reception, the earbuds filtered out the loud band making it easier to carry on a conversation. I had to remove them on the dance floor for fear that they would fall out. They do not fit well enough to use during physical activity. The ear fins provided were ineffective. In summary, if you spend a lot of time in airplanes and in other noisy environments, they may be worth it to you. Otherwise, a good set of noise cancelling earbuds at less than half the price might be a better choice. I might also mention that the earbuds were shipped without the small and medium size ear adapter set. I contacted customer service and, after a month, still have not received the missing parts.

The earbuds boost some frequencies, but don't provide quite the conversation enhancement effect I had hoped for in a noisy environment. Listening to music, they seem to have no bass response whatsoever.
